Members of the Collective

PRISM Co is a social change collective. That’s not a decorative term — it describes how the work is done and who does it.

Members of the Collective are the practitioners who work within PRISM. Not contractors. Not advisors in the consulting sense. People who share the theory of change, who bring their own expertise and point of view, and who do the work the same way — unlocking what organisations already know, rather than delivering what they think they need.
