PRISM’s Community of Practice is a year of Action Learning, writing and gathering for people working in philanthropy and social change. From February 2027, members meet monthly in an Action Learning Set of no more than eight people, bringing live challenges to peers who help them think through their work with careful, open questioning rather than advice. The Sets are held by different members of the PRISM Collective, so you meet a range of practice across the year.

Around the Sets sit four seasonal writing salons, beginning with summer in December, a growing resources library, and online gatherings to open and close the year.
